When the pandemic hit at the beginning of 2020, there was one word you heard a lot from marketing professionals: PIVOT! Dell was no exception. They needed a new way to teach their salesmakers about recently launched products—and how to sell them in rapidly changing work environments.

Instead of turning sales training events into PowerPoint-webinar snooze-fests, a live-streamed show was created. Featuring live music, skits, explosions, and so much much, this program has continued into present day with more 53% attendee retention and 100% engagement in the polls and chat.

In fact, the show was so popular that we were asked to create an external version for client viewing. The result was the It’s LIVE! Product Showcase that broadcasts live up to four times each quarter.

For small businesses, a data breach can mean reputations damaged, clients lost and professional licenses at risk. Blending product features within a humorous storyline, this video was designed to educate Norton Small Business' target audience about these threats and increase awareness of its anti-virus software.

While our Fortune 50 client is well-known for hardware, they serve up a variety of helpful services, too. To help salesmakers get comfortable selling these solutions, we crafted a video series that set out to both entertain and delight.

Featuring a rotating cast of characters in a custom-built ’50’s-style diner, The Dish is a sales enablement tool that might make you hungry—but never for knowledge.

When Symantec decided to liven up their renewal reminders, they knew they needed something less techy and more approachable. Their previous email campaign had fallen flat and they wanted to see results. To make that happen, we created a campaign that juxtaposed happy, smiling people with seemingly negative headlines. Once readers are drawn in by this approach, the body copy goes on to explain that for IT personnel, these negatives are actually perks of their Symantec coverage...so why not go ahead and renew?

Box had a giant list of email subscribers. But a list like that doesn't do you much good if your recipients aren't engaged. In an effort to grab attention and keep it, we created a saucy email nurture with bold subject lines, preheaders and headlines, then paired them with "love notes" from happy Box clients. These emails then drove recipients to gated landing pages where newly-refreshed, high-value content awaited them.

To showcase the emotional side of the RIA model and give RIAs a platform to inspire their peers, TD Ameritrade launched the Human Finance Project (HFP)—an emotionally-driven video series of RIA interviews that were primarily focused on the reasons each advisor chose to go independent.

To fully leverage this content for acquisition purposes, we launched a multi-channel campaign that included landing pages targeting both the RIA and BAB audiences, a multi-touch promotional email campaign, social media, paid media and direct mail. This campaign featured real advisors explaining their values and how they drove their decision to became RIAs—and how TD Ameritrade helps them stick to those beliefs. It has resulted in an 11% increase in MQLs and a 32% increase in active opportunities over the last year. In February 2018, it won the Silver FCS Portfolio Award for B2B Integrated Marketing.

When two Fortune 100 brands came together to create an elite PC for enterprise use, they embarked on a new frontier. To celebrate and educate, we built an immersive training experience that sent users on two different adventures of their own via a custom-made, interactive Choose Your Own Adventure experience.

By answering quiz questions correctly throughout the story, users earned energy points that allowed them to make decisions—and each decision sent them closer to their fate.

Zendesk wanted to reach out to retail businesses around the world to garner interest in their digital help desk services, but weren't quite sure how to do it. Our team came up with a fully-personalized direct mail experience that urged targets to look towards the future of their industry. Not only did we personalize the packaging, but each fortune cookie also contained a fortune with a personalized URL. On the interactive landing page, targets' names and businesses were also highlighted amidst powerful statistics and key takeaways that supported the idea that the future of retail is bright—as long as you partner with Zendesk.

When Morningstar Farms decided to focus on Philly, they approached a handful of local agencies to help them connect with their audience. This dynamic campaign included print ads, food truck events, burger building contests, and engagement with social media to help boost brand awareness. Fueling the concept was Philadelphia's neighborhood diversity and love of the word "wit"—a local term that indicates you'll take that cheesesteak with onions, please!—while the contest and social media components factored in the competitive spirit of the city.

After spending several years being branded as hospital full of compassionate people, Shore Memorial Hospital sought to rev up their messaging by adding in a bit of technology as well. This campaign not only delivered on the caring front, but also showcased the technologies Shore Memorial's staff used to give each patient their happy ending.

At the Susquehanna Waldorf School, students learn with all five senses. They listen to vibrations, taste solutions, feel anatomy, visualize history, and vocalize math in the form of song. This concept capitalizes on this hands-on approach to create a campaign that shows how students of the Waldorf curriculum don't just learn—they experience.

As the only oral Bordetella vaccine on the market, Bronchi-Shield ORAL set out to make wriggling and wrestling during kennel cough vaccinations a thing of the past. These ads highlight this unique administration method and show how Bronchi-Shield ORAL was improving the vaccine experience.

Unlike other insulin options, ProZinc offers the tools and support cats and their owners need to successfully manage feline diabetes. This new branding campaign harnessed the adventurous spirit of our furry feline friends to communicate these perks to veterinarians.

When Comcast launched the XFINITY brand, they aimed to provide an all-inclusive experience that followed you everywhere and made your life more simple. The launch of XFINITY home was part of these efforts, and our job was to create a microsite that used video vignettes to show how this new service could easily fit into your life.

On September 8, 2016, Bulldog kicked off its inaugural Golden Mic: Lip Sync Battle event. In order to get other Austin agencies involved and excited, we hand delivered hyper-custom posters that encouraged them to immerse themselves in the music. Ultimately, over 40% of our targets requested more info and through social media and email efforts, we were able to get additional agencies in on the action, too.
